Is the 0% fee permanent?

For founding sellers — yes. The first 50 sellers who join lock in 0% platform fee permanently. After that founding period, fees may change for new sellers.

What does Stripe charge?

Stripe's standard rate is 2.9% + 30p per transaction. That's the only fee you pay. It goes directly to Stripe — Payhook takes nothing on top.

Do I need to be a developer to use Payhook?

No. The dashboard lets you create products, upload files, and get a checkout URL without writing any code. The API is available if you want to automate.

How does file delivery work?

Upload your file once. On every successful purchase, Payhook generates a signed time-limited download link and emails it to the buyer automatically.
