Common questions

Is there a file size limit?

Files up to 100MB are supported for direct upload. For larger files, upload to your own storage and deliver via a signed URL through the webhook.

How does the buyer receive their file?

Immediately after payment, Payhook emails the buyer a signed download link. The link is time-limited for security. You can also configure a webhook to trigger custom delivery logic.

Can I sell multiple files in one product?

Yes. Zip your files together and upload the zip. Buyers download everything in one click.

Do I need a website to sell digital downloads?

No. Payhook gives you a hosted checkout URL and a marketplace listing. You don't need your own site ΓÇö though you can link from one if you have it.
